What is RevOps as a service?
Usually it means renting an outsourced team to run your revenue operations. We do it differently: we engineer the owned system, CRM architecture, data hygiene, scoring, attribution and dashboards, prove it on your own numbers, and hand it over so a trustworthy forecast keeps running whether we are in the room or not.
Rented team, or a system we own?
A system you own. Most RevOps-as-a-service is a rented team, so the capability leaves when they leave. We build the engine, prove it, and transfer it with the runbook. The forecast and the data model are yours forever.
How is this different from hiring a RevOps lead?
